Purpose of Judge Awards

The Judge Recognition Awards honour judges who demonstrate:

  • Leadership in managing sessions

Judge awards will be announced based on technical session performance and evaluation effectiveness.


1. Judge Roles & Responsibilities

All judges are expected to:

Session Facilitation

  • Start and manage sessions on time
  • Ensure all teams understand evaluation criteria
  • Maintain smooth flow between presentations
  • Moderate Q&A professionally

Monitoring Participants

  • Ensure participants follow rules
  • Encourage clarity and professionalism in presentations
  • Monitor time limits strictly
  • Clarify doubts politely when necessary

Evaluation & Feedback

  • Evaluate each idea/project against standardised criteria
  • Record scores transparently on provided score sheets
  • Provide constructive, actionable feedback to teams
  • Encourage participants to refine and improve ideas

4. Ethics & Code of Conduct

All judges must:

  • Declare any conflict of interest
  • Not evaluate teams with whom they have personal or professional ties
  • Maintain confidentiality of scores

5. Selection Committee

The Scrutiny and Evaluation Committee consists of senior academicians, industry experts, and thought leaders from relevant domains. Their expertise ensures an unbiased, high-quality evaluation of all nominations.
