Showcase Your Innovation

Participants must submit a comprehensive presentation outlining their innovative solution. Teams with working prototypes are encouraged to create demonstration videos showcasing their innovation. Your submission is your opportunity to showcase your innovation to our expert judges.

Presentation Structure - Five Essential Slides

  • Name of the Institution/University
  • Institution/University Logo
  • Team Name (if applicable)
  • Names & roles of team members
  • Contact details (email & phone number of team leader)

Problem Definition & Innovation Opportunity

  • Define the specific problem your team is addressing
  • Explain why traditional approaches are insufficient and innovative solutions are needed
  • Provide relevant statistics or examples demonstrating the problem's significance
  • Highlight the potential for emerging technologies to create transformative impact

Solution & Technical Approach

  • Describe your technology-powered approach and core systems/frameworks used
  • Explain how your solution leverages emerging technologies (AI, Sustainability, Healthcare, FinTech, etc.)
  • Highlight unique aspects of your technological implementation
  • Discuss data integration, development methodologies, and system architecture

Impact & Technical Feasibility

  • Quantify potential benefits (performance improvements, efficiency gains, cost savings)
  • Discuss technical feasibility including computational requirements and scalability
  • Address how your solution compares to existing approaches
  • Explain system performance metrics and validation results

  • Present implementation roadmap with key technical milestones
  • Address potential challenges in deployment and system maintenance
  • Explain how the solution could be scaled across different domains or industries
  • Discuss continuous improvement, system updates, and long-term innovation strategy

Submit your 5 slide presentation in PowerPoint format .ppt or .pptx with embedded fonts.

Maximum file size: 15MB

Use format: TeamName_Institution_Category.pptx

Prototype Demo (If Available)

Create a 2-4 minute demonstration video showcasing your working prototype.

Upload to YouTube and provide the link during registration.

Innovation Category

Select the primary category: AI, Sustainability, Healthcare, Smart Cities, FinTech, Education, Social Impact, Cybersecurity, AgriTech, or Future of Work.

If addressing multiple areas, select primary and mention others in presentation.

Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
